Ingredients
- 85 grams jelly crystals
- 125 mls cream
- 12 pieces Tiramisu sponge fingers
- 1/2 cup port or juice
- 1 1/2 cups custard
- 400 grams mixed berries
- 200 mls thickened cream
Instructions
- Prepare the jelly according to package instructions and fill small dessert dishes with the mixture. Refrigerate until set.
- Once set, mix remaining jelly with cream until well combined and pour over the jelly layer in each dish. Allow to set.
- Soak sponge fingers in port or juice briefly before adding as the next layer.
- Layer custard over the sponge fingers and then add chopped berries, reserving some for garnish.
- Whip thickened cream with custard powder until stiff peaks form and pipe onto the trifle layers. Garnish with reserved berries and mint leaves.
