  • 7 tablespoons butter (melted)

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth in a medium bowl, then add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  3. Layer starting with the graham cracker mixture in individual cups and press down.
  4. Add cheesecake filling evenly over the crust layer.
  5. Spoon in half of the cherry pie filling, followed by another layer of graham cracker mixture.
  6. Repeat with remaining cheesecake mixture and top with the reserved cherry pie filling.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving or serve immediately.
