Description

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • â…“ cup melted salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Keeping the rolls connected, slice them in half horizontally and set the top row aside.
  3. Place the bottom layer of rolls in the baking dish and sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the cheese, then layer with pepperoni slices.
  5. Add another layer of mozzarella on top and place the top row of buns over it.
  6. Brush melted butter generously over the tops and sprinkle with parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Slice between sliders before serving.
